Hope you enjoy the pictures of Monster Jam. The boys had a blast, especially Jake. Brayden had fun as well but got tired and before the freestyle competition he fell asleep. Thank goodness..he was getting cranky.

Is anyone else ready for warmer weather? The water line to our washer is frozen AGAIN. Hopefully Josh can get the problem fixed this week. If not, I will be making a trip to my moms to do laundry again. It is such a pain.....

I have realized this week it is not possible to have a clean house when you are a wife, mother of a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old and work full time! I need a housekeeper...

Frozen Pipes and Coupons

Wow! It has been a cold week. I am ready for summer already, and I think these boys are as well. They want to be outside!! Josh spent Saturday helping to thaw out Mat's main water line. Poor Mat & Crystal did not have water for 3 days!! The only water line frozen at our house was the one going to the washer. Josh finally got it thawed about 2 hours ago. I have lots of laundry to catch up on since Thursday.

My friend recently gave me a "coupon class". She is always going and get really good deals and even sometimes getting items for FREE! I thought I would test my skills at Kmart today. My total was $94, after coupons I spent $36!! WoW!! I was soo proud of myself!

Sorry, no new pictures to post this week. I should have tons of pictures to post next weekend after Monster Jam though :) That is ALL i hear about lately !

Since Santa brought the boys lots of games for Christmas, we decided we would make every Friday night "game night". The boys absolutely love it. We played games with them for 2 1/2 hours on Friday night. Josh and I were all played out by the time we were finally done. The new candy land game is really good for lil ones their age. I would definitely recommend it :) Saturday we had Josh's mom, Dave, Mat, Crystal, Aubrey, Adam and Grandpa Klimes over for supper. It was nice to all get together to eat and play euchre. Unfortunately, Mat & I got our butts kicked!

All the boys talk about is Monster Jam lately. We bought them tickets for the Monster Jam that is in a couple of weeks at Lucas Oil Stadium. They are pretty excited to go see them live. We also bought them pit passes so they can see the trucks up close! I'm sure they will have a blast!

Game night

We rang in the new year at our neighbors house. They had a "kid friendly" party. It was a lot of fun having the boys with us, but next year we ARE getting a sitter!! Josh & I wanted to relax and play cards (and maybe have a few drinks), but can't do that with two lil ones constantly needing your attention!

Hopefully starting next week Josh will get more hours. He hasn't been working 40 hours a week lately, b/c Fissel just doesn't have enough work right now. We are keeping our fingers crossed for the work to pick up soon though.

Other than that, not a lot going on at the Erickson household.
